  1. Happy New Year, I see the end of the last year treated you well with this gorgeous house!
I love the style of the house, both the materials used, and the interior and exterior design, and have so much fun studying all the pictures from it. I love the collection of furniture and art you have put in it too. I have also some reac furniture, but often find it difficult to combine with the Lundby scale, but your interior looks great! Do you know what scale the house is meant to be?

  2. Hello Susan. My Eyes are smiling! What a good sweetie you have. I can't think of anything more fun or rewarding than playing in a doll house. My sweetie got me my first real doll house Christmas 2008 and I haven't been able to stop. So glad I found your blog. Wish I could move in to 862 Ocean View Drive. From: Amy

  5. Thanks everyone. I am glad you like the house. I can't stop looking at it. I feel very lucky and very spoiled.

Helene, the scale seems to be the same as Lundby, as that furniture fits perfectly. The only thing in the house when I got it was a Lundby clock in the kitchen. That's what gave me the idea of trying the Lundby furniture. I realy wnted to put my Reac furniture in it, but most of it looked too big. Even the black and red chairs in the family room are a bit too big, but I have decided they are jumbo sized versions of the design and can live with that.

  6. Welcome Amy! I love your blog and I completely understand about doing without so your doll people can have what they need. I've been known to spend more on a vintage Barbie outfit than I have for my own clothes.

Kathi: Thanks so much! I love it too so I am happy the you feel the same way.
