This Incredible Antique Dollhouse in 1/12 scale
has 7 rooms with a central hall.
It is 37 inches wide, 30 inches deep and 30 inches tall to the top of the chimney.

| It was lovingly hand-built with lovely details, like a built-in cabinets

It shows some signs of wear. All of the original carpets have been removed and it is It is partially wired. But now the house is ready for restoration.
Susan, it is an absolutely lovely house! Dollhouses are not made with the character this one has. How can you part with it? Cheers!

ReplyDeleteThis dollhouse is very similar to my mother's dollhouse, that was passed to myself snd my sister, then passed to my daughter. It was built by hand in the later 1930s. It's a play-through with doors in the front and back instead of at the sides. It has 6 rooms and 2 hallways and small bathroom. It is the same color combination and has had some modifications over the years. Nice to see. Angela
